Jill Malko
Director, Nor-CalElite Lacrosse

Jill Malko Jill brings over 25 years of playing and coaching experience to Nor-CalElite Lacrosse. She was Head Coach at University of California for 9 years. Jill started playing lacrosse as a youth in Philadelphia and then moved on to Boston University.

A starter all four years at BU, Jill captained her squad in her senior year, earning an opportunity to represent the region in the U.S. National Tournament for the next five years. She has then represented the California First Team on eight straight occasions at the National Tournament.

She is a District rated official, umpiring in the summer and squeezing a game in season occasionally. She has been committed to the growth and development of lacrosse in California for over 10 years hosting many clinics, camps and tournaments for coaches, players and umpires. It has been said she is a true renaissance woman but in reality, her players think she was born in the Renaissance Period!

 
Mary Beth Noel
Assistant Director, Nor-CalElite Lacrosse

Mary Beth NoelMary Beth Noel currently serves as the Assistant AD at University High School in San Francisco.  She is also the Head Coach of the Red Devil lacrosse squad. MB coached at Cal for four years serving as the first assistant and offensive coordinator. She was the Co-Director of the Cal Lacrosse Clinics and if you have every been to a camp or clinic with MB, you know that she also plays the role or cruise director and Chief Operating Officer of Fun! She is currently the Assistant Athletic Director and Head Lacrosse Coach at University High School in San Francisco.

As an attacker at William & Mary, Noel helped lead the Tribe to NCAA Tournament appearances in three of her four years on the squad (1996-98). In addition to her success in the NCAAs, Noel served as captain of both her field hockey and lacrosse teams as a senior (1999) and earned recognition as an alternate member of the U.S. Under-19 lacrosse team (1995) and first team All-CAA selection in 1999.

A native of Bryn Mawr , PA , Noel received her bachelor’s degree in English from the College of William & Mary in 1999. Noel currently resides in San Francisco and earned her Master's in Sport Management at the University of San Francisco in 2005 .

 
Dini Wong M.S. C.S.C.S.
Strength and Conditioning Coach, Nor-CalElite Lacrosse

Coach Wong comes to Nor-CalElite Lacrosse from the University of California, Berkeley, where he currently serves as a lecturer in the Physical Education Department teaching resistance training and sports performance classes. Dini has also coached at the Velocity Sports Performance Center in Dublin since it opened in 2004. He previously served on the Strength and Conditioning staff at UC Berkeley for four years.

Dini completed his undergraduate studies in Human Biodynamics at U.C. Berkeley, and a Masters Degree in Kinesiology at California State University, East Bay. He is certified as a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

While at Cal, Dini has had the opportunity to work with athletes at many different levels, including recreational, elite, and Olympic gold medalists, giving him a unique experience from which to develop his speed, and agility programs. He also worked with the 2006 and 2007 EBAL Co-Champions and 2007 NCS Champions Monte Vista High School Boys’ Basketball Team. Dini is currently working with the Cal Men’s Lacrosse Team.
